About the Role
Mastercard's Blockchain and Digital Assets group is advancing the adoption of digital assets within the global payments ecosystem. This role focuses on card issuance, acceptance, and emerging Web3-enabled flows, aiming to scale global programs, expand use cases, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Advance Product Management for new card constructs that drive near real-time settlement and collateral reduction
- Lead GTM and client engagement for new products leveraging synergies across Mastercard product suite
- Lead product management for new segments including Prediction Markets, Tokenized Securities and Agentic Commerce
- Support product strategy and own execution for select projects covering Crypto Cards and on-ramp
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-quality product experiences
- Enhance Mastercard’s network capabilities by contributing to the evolution of franchise rules, risk frameworks, and regulatory alignment for digital asset transactions
Requirements
- Prior experience in product management within payments, fintech, or digital assets
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable business outcomes
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation in payments and digital commerce
- Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed
- Report any suspected information security violation or breach
- Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings
Skills
- Strong understanding of crypto payments and card networks preferred
- Knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, and emerging Web3 use cases
- Ability to translate trends into scalable products
