About the Role

Deliver one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically complex clients in their homes, focusing entirely on the patient without the fast-paced demands of a facility setting. Enjoy consistent hours, flexibility, and the chance to make a lasting impact.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience (acute care or home care strongly preferred)
• Active Connecticut LPN license
• Current BLS certification
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license
• Physical exam within 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years
