About the Role
The Partnerships & Engagement Manager will work closely with the Centre Manager and lead on all aspects of the Partner Network to maximise the impact of DIVERSE CDT and the experience of its students. This role involves growing, sustaining, and nurturing the DIVERSE CDT Partner Network by retaining and securing diverse, reliable and value-adding partners.

Requirements
- Educated to degree level
- Experience of business development activities in a commercial or not-for-profit environment
- Demonstrable success in building and nurturing relationships with external partners
- Experience of successful operational management and delivery of complex multi-stakeholder projects
- Knowledge of higher education systems, processes, policies, procedures, internal and external regulations, legislation, and quality standards
