About the Role

Opensity Solutions is seeking a records clerk to assist with a major scanning project, which will then be saved in the firm’s iManage Work document management system. The ideal candidate will possess record keeping experience in a professional services environment. As a Records Associate, your role is to assist in the effective management and organization of records within the organization. Your attention to detail and adherence to data protection and privacy regulations will be essential in safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the effective management and organization of records within the organization.
  • Safeguard sensitive information and maintain compliance through attention to detail and adherence to data protection and privacy regulations.
  • Assist with a major scanning project.
  • Save scanned documents in the firm’s iManage Work document management system.

Requirements

  • Possess record keeping experience in a professional services environment.
  • Have a general understanding of Records management software and its practical application.
  • Be tech-savvy and comfortable with learning new software.
  • Have familiarity with any kind of scanning.
  • Demonstrate outstanding organizational skills, extreme accuracy, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate a professional demeanor.
  • Be able to independently manage a high-volume workload.
  • Be available for overtime.
  • Be able to lift boxes weighing approximately 20–25 pounds.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion and diplomacy.
  • Be a motivated self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Possess an exceptional customer service mindset with the ability to anticipate needs.
