About the Role

This role is part of the modernization of the Group's sports betting platform, initially designed for the French market and evolving to support FDJ UNITED's international ambitions. The transformation aims to sustainably improve the platform's functionality, performance, quality, delivery agility, and operational resilience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enhance deployment quality, speed, and reliability.
• Automate provisioning tasks and recurring operations to reduce manual intervention and improve team efficiency.
• Support development teams with their automation needs and delivery cycle improvements.
• Optimize pipeline execution times and robustness to streamline production releases.
• Implement and improve supervision, monitoring, alerting, and observability tools.
• Participate in the analysis and resolution of technical incidents and contribute to continuous improvement of operations.
• Develop and enhance diagnostic, remediation, and incident recovery tools.
• Contribute to the industrialization and standardization of technical environments.
• Document practices and participate in the dissemination of DevOps best practices within teams.
• Apply and enforce security, compliance, and quality policies for environments.

Requirements

• A 5-year minimum experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE.
• Solid mastery of CI/CD tools and practices, Infrastructure as Code, Cloud, and automation.
• Good knowledge of systems, networks, security, and distributed architectures.
• Significant experience with monitoring, observability, and operations tools.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues in critical environments.
• Good understanding of software lifecycle, release, and service availability challenges.
• Strong culture of quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in critical, high-availability platforms.
• Knowledge of distributed and multi-team environments.
• Experience in high-delivery cadence contexts.
