About the Role
The ecowindow Group is digitizing the window and door market and is looking for someone to administratively manage the office and help shape internal workflows. This role offers real responsibility, not just menial tasks, and can be full-time or part-time.
Responsibilities
- Organize office workflows and keep processes running smoothly.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all organizational matters.
- Perform preparatory bookkeeping, including checking incoming and outgoing invoices and preparing documents for accounting and tax advisors.
- Monitor open items and support the dunning process.
- Improve and automate processes as the interface to management, with a focus on employee ideas.
Requirements
- An organized and meticulous approach to work, with the ability to maintain an overview even when handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A commercial background, such as an apprenticeship, degree, or professional experience in an office or commercial field.
- Openness to working with numbers and digital tools.
- No fear of numbers and enjoyment of digital tools.
Skills
- Experience with accounting tools such as DATEV.
- Ability to create invoices.
