Responsibilities
- Perform oil change services
- Conduct 20-point maintenance checks
- Perform minor light duty automotive repairs
- Be trained to perform other specialty services
- Greet customers in a positive, enthusiastic, and professional manner
- Educate customers on products and services offered
- Sweep, mop, pick up trash, clean restrooms, and remove snow
- Perform light maintenance
- Achieve customer satisfaction by ensuring Delta Sonic's standards of quality
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Previous automotive service experience is a plus
- Good mechanical skills
- Ability to troubleshoot non-routine repairs
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for providing great customer service
- Detail-oriented mindset
- Must be a team player
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions, both indoor and outdoor environments
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time
- Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Year-round schedule availability required
