Responsibilities
- Provides member service.

- Zones the area and arranges/organizes merchandise.
- Assists members with transporting items.
- Maintains a safe shopping environment.
- Maintains exit areas and reviews member receipts.
- Safeguards Sam's Club assets and property by observing and communicating potential criminal activity.
- Maintains paperwork, logs, and required documentation.
- Executes emergency response procedures.
- Ensures compliance with company security and safety practices.
- Assists with training associates on company processes and procedures.
- Teaches new technology and tool functionality.
- Delivers new programs rollout training.
- Provides continuous learning and process improvement opportunities.
- Ensures area of responsibility is maintained according to company policies and procedures.
- Identifies shrink and damages.
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
