  • Assists members with transporting items.
  • Maintains a safe shopping environment.
  • Maintains exit areas and reviews member receipts.
  • Safeguards Sam's Club assets and property by observing and communicating potential criminal activity.
  • Maintains required documentation, logs, and paperwork.
  • Executes emergency response procedures.
  • Ensures compliance with company security and safety practices.
  • Assists with training associates on company processes, procedures, new technology, and program rollouts.
  • Provides continuous learning and process improvement opportunities.
  • Identifies shrink and damages.
  • Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources.

  • Retail experience including operating front end equipment (for example, cash register).
  • Experience working with mobile retail applications.
