About the Role
Join the excitement and become part of the team at Canary Riverside Plaza London, Vignette Collection by IHG. This landmark hotel, opening in Summer 2026, is the brand's first property in London, offering luxurious guestrooms, stylish dining, and event facilities with stunning river views. We are seeking a passionate individual to contribute to an authentic, experiential, and considerate travel experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and lead by example across Bar, Restaurant, and C&B functions, ensuring warm, engaging, and personalized service.
- Recommend dishes and demonstrate knowledge of the full menu offering.
- Supervise and support F&B teams, fostering a positive and professional working environment while maintaining high service standards.
- Collaborate with F&B and Kitchen teams to deliver a seamless guest experience through clear, positive, and proactive communication.
- Maintain awareness of dish ingredients, intolerances, and allergies, ensuring adherence to safety procedures.
