About the Role

Our forensics and valuation professionals are experts at providing a variety of services, including forensic accounting, litigation services, and fraud investigations, as well as handling various complex valuation issues. We focus on training and developing our teams to help them reach their full potential. You will develop expertise, expand your knowledge, and build collaborative relationships within the practice and with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing business valuation models and reports
  • Researching and analyzing industry, transactional, and economic information
  • Preparing for and participating in management interviews, either onsite or via teleconference
  • Assisting audit teams with reviewing and testing fair value estimates
  • Assisting with mathematical testing related to quality control procedures
  • Participating in investigations, litigation support, and forensic consulting engagements
  • Performing detailed analysis of financial and legal documents, analysis of potentially fraudulent transactions, and reconstruction of financial statements
  • Applying technical research skills needed to gather, organize, summarize, and interpret data to arrive at a conclusion
  • Delivering Forvis Mazars’ commitment to unmatched client experience through timely and responsive communication with internal and external clients
