About the Role
As an intern on the IT Audit team, you will help clients identify and manage business risk and improve IT processes and controls. You will gain valuable experience using critical thinking and social skills to solve problems and build rewarding business relationships. You will remain informed on the latest information technology trends and emerging risks, working with clients in various industries to develop technical skills.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate an understanding of IT controls associated with applications, databases, operating systems, networks, and reporting tools.
- Perform IT general control audit procedures including walkthroughs and testing of IT general controls for areas such as change management, logical security, computer operations, and cybersecurity.
- Work with client personnel to gain an understanding of IT processes and controls, obtain audit evidence, and analyze testing results.
- Deliver unmatched client experience through timely and responsive communication with internal and external clients.
Requirements
- Ability to work under pressure and against deadlines.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
