About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated housekeeper to join our growing team in Williamsville, NY. Canterbury Woods is a continuing care retirement community dedicated to providing older adults with the best possible living experience, offering a lifestyle that meets their needs and interests.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain equipment in good condition.
• Report on any shortages, damages, or security issues.
• Handle reasonable resident complaints/requests and inform others when required.
• Check stocking levels of all consumables.
• Comply with Department of Health regulations.

Requirements

• Proven working experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to work independently and remain motivated.
• Prioritization skills.
• Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail.
