About the Role
Develop and implement consultative or technical solutions for clients to improve business processes and information technology, under the guidance of a Senior Consultant or Manager.
Responsibilities
- Support analysis and design sessions to gather functional and technical requirements.
- Assist in client CRM projects through assigned phases.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Configure, test, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Demonstrate completed functionality and support end-user training.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and escalate risks.
- Mentor Consultant I team members.
- Provide urgent on-site or remote support for critical issues.
- Support business development efforts through scoping, configuring, and demonstrating the CRM solution.
- Assist in the development of work plans, proposals, and engagement letters.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience with software implementations, defining business requirements, business process management and client relationship management.
- 2+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Experience with software troubleshooting and testing.
- Solid understanding of logical data modeling.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong propensity for innovative thinking balanced with disciplined rigor and following proven methodologies.
- Strong desire to help clients maximize value by leveraging technology and process improvement.
- Experience implementing the Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM product suite.
- Experience with advanced Microsoft Excel and Visio concepts.
- Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM certifications.
