About the Role

The Securitisation Middle Office team manages securitisation facilities, including warehouse debt facilities, capital markets issuance, and Trust Management for AU & NZ Group Treasury Secured Funding programmes. The Manager, Securitisation Trade Services will support the migration of Suncorp’s securitisation facilities to ANZ by managing ANZ’s existing portfolio to maintain business continuity. This role supports delivery schedules, testing, and documentation of current- and future-state processes for Day 1 readiness and post-integration target state.

Responsibilities

Support integration and change initiatives for the transition of Suncorp securitisation facilities into ANZ's operating model.
Support management of the existing securitisation portfolio during integration.
Manage initial funding/issuance establishment of warehouses and term transactions.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system testing, and business readiness activities.
Coordinate project deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items for successful programme execution.
Assist with change transition planning, operational readiness assessments, and implementation activities for Day 1 readiness and post-migration target state.
Coordinate the initial establishment of warehouses and term transactions.
Liaise with external clients to receive data and reports for verification checks on portfolio parameters and eligibility criteria.
Review reports and notices prepared by the STS Senior Analyst to facilitate funding and payments for Warehouses.
Review internal and external reports, including portfolio reporting of securitisation facilities, Trust Performance Reporting, exposure reporting, and limits.
Support the Portfolio Management team by contributing to the preparation of credit memorandums and the monthly capital process.
Complete tasks accurately and within agreed timeframes, ensuring appropriate controls, documentation, and governance requirements are met.
Build knowledge and capability across securitisation products, trust management, integration activities, and operational processes.
Work collaboratively with ANZ and Suncorp teams during the integration programme.
Support the identification, assessment, and management of integration-related risks, issues, and dependencies.
Assist the Head of Securitisation Trade Services in reviewing processes, procedures, and controls for ongoing compliance and operational effectiveness.
Adhere to all ANZ policies, regulatory obligations, risk frameworks, and governance requirements.
Ensure appropriate documentation and audit trails are maintained for all project and business-as-usual activities.

Requirements

Experience in Securitisation Trust Management is strongly preferred.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple business functions.
Experience facilitating, documenting, and developing process documentation.
Experience within banking, financial markets, or securitisation is strongly preferred.
Background in the banking/financial services industry, with previous exposure to treasury, markets, and securitisation.
Thorough understanding and experience in funds flow and settlement frameworks within the Financial Markets.
