About the Role
Join our team as an Intern in Human Capital, advising leading companies in HR strategy, technology, and change management to transform the world of work, talent acquisition, development, and work environment design. Help shape and implement effective measures and make a difference with us.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with organizational and workforce transformations, focusing on areas like organizational design, change management, workforce strategies, learning, and culture/leadership transformations.
- Support the strategic development, optimization, and design of client projects.
- Conduct research and analysis to contribute valuable insights.
- Support project teams in the operational implementation of measures, including preparing presentation materials and planning/executing workshops.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, with strong academic performance.
- Previous experience in consulting or project management.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong interest in Human Capital topics and affinity for technological innovations, including AI tools.
- Openness to learning, teamwork, independent work, and strong communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
