In this position, you will be the central point of contact for our customer data and communication processes. With your structured and service-oriented approach, you will significantly contribute to meeting our high quality standards in customer service. Responsibilities

• You will check, maintain, and create customer documents.
• You will process emails and support the hotline service.
• You will maintain customer data in SAP and Salesforce.
• You will create tasks and follow up on customer concerns.

Requirements

• You are communicative, friendly, and service-oriented.
• You have a good ability to grasp things quickly and work precisely.
• Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is an advantage.
• You act responsibly, are committed, and are a team player.
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
