About the Role

The Burger’s Priest is hiring a Full-time Supervisor at our Beaches location. We are looking for someone passionate about burgers and creating a positive workspace where employees can be themselves.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach the team to provide “ABSOLUTE” service
• Set clear expectations and follow up with the team regularly
• Take direction and feedback from the Senior Management team
• Open and close the restaurant independently as key holder
• Reconcile cash deposits
• Place orders and perform inventory counts
• Address customer concerns to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team
• Friendly and enthusiastic
• Passionate about food and guest experiences
• Food Handler Certified or willing to certify
• Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
• Well organized with ability to multitask
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and in a hot environment
