About the Role

Join us for a job fair with on-the-spot interviews to find your fit at Market 32. We are looking for individuals to provide a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet, make eye contact, and thank each guest serviced.
• Deliver a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience.
• Project a professional manner in accordance with dress code and personal grooming policies.
• Work in a safe manner and maintain a neat and clean work area.
• Fill guest orders with great care and efficiency, including bagging groceries, price checks, loading carts, and carry-outs.
• Operate the bottle return area safely and in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain sufficient stock levels of Front End supplies.
• Communicate new policies or promotional programs to guests.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be reliable.
