About the Role

This REMOTE Public Relations & Business Development Intern position supports Brilliant Agency's award-winning team for Fall 2026, offering real-world experience in marketing, public relations, paid influencer, and new business development. Interns will be key members of the new business and brand partnerships team, working on diverse projects that utilize their existing skill set.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day sales responsibilities within the New Business Development team.
• Assist in the development and creation of sales presentations for brand partners and the internal new business team.
• Learn to identify prospective client targets and assist in building pitch lists.
• Draft campaign copy and research material to improve writing skills.
• Support the marketing team by maintaining strong working relationships with internal cross-functional teams to align calendars.
• Collect and report metrics for monitoring new client business and marketing efforts.
• Contribute to benchmarking and industry intelligence by providing summaries of key findings and trends.

Requirements

• Must be a rising sophomore, junior, or senior.
• Previous office internship experience in marketing or public relations is required.
• Experience with Google Drive.
• Maintain a 3.0 GPA or above.
• Commit at least 15 hours per week during normal office hours (8 AM - 5 PM in your time zone).
• Verify eligibility to receive College Credits for an Internship with your College or University Career Center prior to applying.
