About the Role
Odin is building infrastructure for the future of private markets, aiming to make it radically easier to raise and deploy capital. We are seeking a senior design leader to define and elevate the customer experience, spanning both product and visual brand identity, in preparation for a major US launch.
Responsibilities
- Define and elevate the customer experience at Odin.
- Evolve brand identity alongside the founders.
- Express the philosophy, ambition, and cultural stance of the company.
- Set the design direction for the company.
- Raise the quality bar for design.
- Shape how design operates as the company grows.
- Make strong design decisions quickly.
- Create systems, practices, and feedback loops for scaling excellent work.
- Explore complex problems.
- Build and test prototypes.
- Speak directly with customers.
- Translate learnings into polished, production-ready experiences.
- Shape the next stage of the design structure.
- Turn complex, regulation-heavy workflows and dense interfaces into clear, intuitive experiences.
Requirements
- Deep product design expertise and exceptional judgment.
- Proven track record of shaping complex products end to end.
- In-house experience with ownership of complete customer journeys.
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design, polished production-ready UI, and measurable business or customer impact.
- Strong information architecture, interaction design, and prototyping skills.
- Ability to produce high-quality work at pace.
- Ability to make confident visual decisions.
- Ability to maintain a consistently high bar across the product.
- Strong systems thinking.
- Experience designing complete workflows spanning user actions, communications, automations, permissions, operational processes, and technical constraints.
- Experience designing complex, multi-party products or working within regulated environments.
- Ability to independently lead discovery, including customer interviews, assumption validation, prototyping, usability testing, and iteration.
- Experience establishing structured, repeatable customer-research and feedback practices.
