About the Role

Ode is Anthropic's services venture, focused on bringing frontier AI into practice by tackling complex AI problems for companies and driving real-world impact. The team is seeking a seasoned Operator to lead and grow its Business Operations and Analytics team, focusing on building systems, infrastructure, and processes to support rapid growth and optimize the intersection of supply and demand in a fractional AI model.

Responsibilities

Build the systems, data, and processes that keep us ahead of growth.
Approach internal operations like a product, using AI and automation to create better ways of working as we scale.
Take on cross-functional problems and opportunities that matter most to our next stage of growth.
Connect our commercial pipeline to our workforce through forecasting, capacity planning, and staffing.
Ensure the right talent is deployed against the right work while optimizing utilization and economics.
Own the rhythms that help us run the company, including planning, internal communications, business reviews, and Board preparation.

Requirements

Experience scaling a high-growth business by building systems and infrastructure.
Exceptional analytical and technical rigor, with the ability to build rigorous models from messy inputs.
Ability to build and lead an exceptional team while staying deeply involved in the work.
A preference for building lean systems, automation, and AI before adding people or process.
A high bar, sense of urgency, and motivation to build something exceptional.
