About the Role

Assistant Branch Manager opportunity with Heritage Landscape Supply, a growing company in the agronomic, irrigation, and landscaping industry. Responsibilities

• Serve as secondary supervisor for all branch operations, including sales, service, delivery, and business development, to achieve desired results.
• Maintain company culture and adhere to policies and procedures.
• Ensure an efficient, clean, safe, and orderly branch operation.
• Stay informed about new and existing products.
• Support and educate on promotion and advertising initiatives.
• Execute daily tasks such as order entry, answering phones, purchasing, deliveries, end-of-day procedures, sales tax, and pricing.
• Focus on achieving the highest level of customer service and expanding market share.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer knowledge (keyboard, mouse, internet).
• Acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repetitively.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and DOT physical.
