About the Role

The Senior Oracle Fusion Engineer will serve as the top individual contributor responsible for the technical architecture and development of complex custom solutions, extensions, and reports within the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP environment. This expert-level role is crucial for creating and maintaining high-performance, scalable solutions that support high-volume transactional processes, especially within Supply Chain Execution and Finance.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design lifecycle for major enterprise enhancements, providing technical oversight and mentorship to engineering teams.
Own the hands-on development of critical, high-impact technical modules, prioritizing clean, maintainable, and high-performance code.
Drive the design and development of complex technical solutions (Extensions, Complex Interfaces, Customizations) using core Fusion development tools: BI Publisher, Groovy scripting, APEX, VBCS, ATP or PaaS extensions.
Serve as the final escalation point for P1/P2 operational incidents, providing rapid root cause analysis and implementing permanent, preventative technical resolutions.
Lead performance tuning initiatives for critical ESS batch jobs and high-volume transactional interfaces partnering with OIC/OPA Developer.
Establish technical standards, coding best practices, and quality gates for all development work.

Requirements

10+ years of progressively responsible experience in ERP functional and technical roles.
6+ years of hands-on, deep implementation, and technology support experience with Oracle Fusion ERP/GTM and EPM.
Proven history of designing, building, or architecting complex technical solutions within the Fusion framework using tools like AI Agent Studio, BI Publisher, Groovy scripting, APEX, VBCS, ATP or PaaS extensions.
Deep understanding of integration technology, including proven experience designing robust interfaces using OIC for shop floor and warehouse systems.
Experience establishing technical standards and governing system changes in a live production environment.
