About the Role
The Senior UX Designer will shape the future of our user interfaces and client interactions. This design leader will bring a sophisticated understanding of design principles and problem-solving to the team, navigating complex challenges and delivering refined, user-friendly experiences. A core aspect of this role involves articulating design decisions, trade-offs, and requirements to non-design stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced design tools, particularly Figma, to develop intuitive wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups that champion user-centered design principles.
- Leverage data insights to inform design choices and validate assumptions.
- Present and articulate complex design concepts to diverse stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Translate intricate business and user challenges into clear, elegant, and user-friendly design solutions.
- Facilitate design thinking workshops and prepare comprehensive documentation to translate business requirements into design strategies.
- Participate in user research, conduct usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs.
- Explore and utilize AI technology tools to enhance UX process efficiency and develop strategic AI-driven design solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in UX design and the financial services industry.
- Collaborate closely with end-users to understand their requirements and deliver intuitive user experiences.
- Champion the user in all aspects of the role, considering their experience and impact of changes.
- Analyze user feedback to transform it into actionable insights that drive design improvements.
- Create user-focused tickets with clarity and intent.
- Communicate designs and ideas clearly, handing them over to engineering teams efficiently.
- Architect and design solutions with a comprehensive mindset, encompassing end-to-end user workflows.
- Integrate design standards into engineering workflows while ensuring adherence to established design guidelines.
- Take ownership of the aesthetic and functional aspects of work to elevate design standards and frameworks.

- Over six years of dedicated experience in UX design.
