About the Role
As a Chapter Leader, you will serve as the local ambassador of Fora in your market. You will lead a vibrant community of advisors, create opportunities for connection and learning, and act as a trusted partner liaison. This is a part-time, paid role designed for advisors who are passionate about building community, growing their own business, and shaping Fora’s culture on the ground.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and integrate new advisors into the Chapter
- Host monthly community events and foster a sense of belonging
- Encourage collaboration through co-working, workshops, and meetups
- Act as the local liaison for hotels, DMCs, and other suppliers
- Coordinate site visits or partner-hosted events
- Represent Fora partners with professionalism and creativity
- Manage Chapter communications across advisors and partners
- Send a monthly Chapter newsletter highlighting events, news, and advisor spotlights
- Surface local insights and feedback to HQ
- Champion Fora’s culture of inclusivity, innovation, and support
- Work independently while collaborating with HQ and other Chapter Leaders
- Shape the identity and growth of your local Chapter
Requirements
- Must be a current Pro or X Advisor
- Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and a strong commitment to community involvement
- Must have been a Fora Advisor for over 1 year
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to dedicate approximately 60 hours per month to this role
- Experience hosting events, managing relationships, or mentoring peers is a plus
