About the Role
Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is a leader in AI cloud infrastructure. We are seeking a world-class Executive Business Partner to act as a strategic partner, anticipate needs, and ensure operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as an executive's right hand, anticipating needs, solving problems, and removing friction.
- Manage complex calendars, schedules, and logistics across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate high-stakes meetings, agendas, and follow-up.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Plan and manage travel, adapting quickly to changes.
- Ensure critical projects and deliverables remain on schedule.
- Support company communications, including preparing talking points and scheduling.
- Build and refine operational processes for efficiency as the company grows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of EA or relevant experience, with experience in fast-growing tech companies.
- Proven record supporting leaders in dynamic, scaling environments.
- Mastery of organization, prioritization, and follow-through.
- Top-notch communication skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity, change, and startup speed.
- Fluency with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and Zoom.
