About the Role
In this role, you will own the copy/content writing and structure of secure side experiences across mobile and web, primarily focusing on payments features. You will write effective, human-centered content for money transfer flows, collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape world-class customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Write content end-to-end for payments features.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Research, Legal, Marketing, and Engineering to create valuable customer experiences.
- Shape the experience, including IA, navigation, and interactive models, not just the copy.
- Use data and customer insights, including analytics, research findings, and call-center data, to inform recommendations.
- Uphold and elevate standards by applying voice, tone, and content guidelines.
- Write for screen readers and assistive technologies, meeting WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
- Support multiple workstreams and contribute to key projects.
- Proactively make recommendations and share a human-centered perspective.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of content design or UX writing experience for digital products, including mobile and responsive web.
- Portfolio with 1-2 case studies showcasing end-to-end thinking, approach, contribution, constraints, and outcomes.
- Demonstrated data fluency, comfortable with analytics dashboards and presentations.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills, using data and narrative to convey impact.
- Highly organized and self-directed with a track record of delivering against competing priorities.
- Collaborative nature, eager to build on ideas, learn fast, and fail.
