About the Role
The Center for Disability Services is seeking a Behavior Services Clinician to work in their Residential programs, which offer individualized services for adults aged 18 and older. This role involves providing behavioral consultation and developing proactive behavioral support programming to make a difference in consumers' lives.
Responsibilities
- Provides behavioral consultation regarding people in assigned programs.
- Ensures documentation for services adheres to regulation and programmatic requirements.
- Develops proactive behavioral support programming.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds independently.
Skills
- Clinical background
- Experience working with people with intellectual disabilities
- Experience working with autism spectrum disorders
