About the Role
Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking an innovative Senior Project Manager – Business Solutions to lead the development and implementation of technology strategies. This role will drive digital transformation, leverage emerging business solutions, and position the Region at the forefront of innovation by leading cross-functional projects.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing business solutions platforms and infrastructure to identify opportunities for improvement and modernization.
- Develop and execute the Region’s technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, operational needs, client service values, and long-term growth objectives.
- Stay current on emerging solutions (AI, automation, data analytics, cybersecurity etc.) and assess their potential impact on business and delivery of client service.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison in influencing leadership on technology trends and innovation.
- Partner and work closely with business sponsors, partners, and functional owners as needed to ensure well-defined cases, strategies and project plans.
- Be the liaison to facilitate the roll-out of all Group and Maison initiatives.
- Lead in the selection, configuration and implementation of new business solutions that enhance transparency, communication, and collaboration among the teams.
- Monitor and manage project timelines, vendor relationships, and cross-departmental coordination to ensure successful rollouts.
- Provide oversight and support for project prioritization, funding requests, and performance tracking.
- Oversee data migration, system integration, and user adoption processes (Including trainings).
- Manage budget and benefit realization, including risk and opportunity management.
- Gain understanding of data structure to build and maintain complex data analytics/dashboards.
- Provide trends that lead to improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive IT experience.
- At least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated experience implementing enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with IT governance, compliance, enterprise architecture, and security frameworks.
- Strong research and vendor assessment capabilities.
- Strong vendor management, budgeting, and project management expertise.
- Valid work authorization for employment in the USA.
