About the Role
Our Bartenders are core team members of the scratch kitchen restaurant. All Team Members must demonstrate customer service expertise by providing an individualized, exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an amazing hospitality experience to guests, anticipating, delivering, and exceeding their expectations.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic beverage recipes, including garnishes, according to P.F. Chang's standards.
- Operate and clean bar equipment, and assist with inventory and restocking of beverages.
- Understand restaurant seating layout and server areas to efficiently deliver food.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure guests have everything they need.
- Learn to set and clear tables neatly and efficiently according to P.F. Chang’s China Bistro specifications.
- Follow company procedures for responsible alcoholic beverage service.
Requirements
- Meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.
- Possess excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
- Demonstrate ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
- Hold a current Food Handler’s Card, or be able to obtain one where applicable.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety procedures.
