About the Role

Liberty Resources, Inc. is seeking passionate and driven individuals to join us as Multisystemic Therapy (MST) Clinicians. You will be working with families of teens (ages 12-17) to tackle tough challenges and create positive outcomes. As part of our MST team, you’ll receive comprehensive training in an evidence-based model and work closely with families, schools, and service providers to implement solutions that foster improved school attendance and performance, stronger family relationships, positive social connections, and reduced high-risk behaviors.

Responsibilities

Work directly within the family’s environment, building stronger engagement and better outcomes.
Partner with schools, probation officers, and other community members to create holistic solutions for families.
Implement solutions that foster improved school attendance and performance.
Implement solutions that foster stronger family relationships.
Implement solutions that foster positive social connections.
Implement solutions that foster reduced high-risk behaviors, such as running away, aggression, stealing, and substance use.

Requirements

A master’s degree in a mental health field (licensed clinician or able to be licensed preferred).
At least 2 years of experience working with families (community-based work preferred).
A valid New York driver’s license and reliable transportation.
