About the Role
Liberty Resources, Inc. is seeking passionate and driven individuals to join us as Multisystemic Therapy (MST) Clinicians. You will be working with families of teens (ages 12-17) to tackle tough challenges and create positive outcomes. As part of our MST team, you’ll receive comprehensive training in an evidence-based model and work closely with families, schools, and service providers to implement solutions that foster improved school attendance and performance, stronger family relationships, positive social connections, and reduced high-risk behaviors.
Responsibilities
- Work directly within the family’s environment, building stronger engagement and better outcomes.
- Partner with schools, probation officers, and other community members to create holistic solutions for families.
- Implement solutions that foster improved school attendance and performance.
- Implement solutions that foster stronger family relationships.
- Implement solutions that foster positive social connections.
- Implement solutions that foster reduced high-risk behaviors, such as running away, aggression, stealing, and substance use.
Requirements
- A master’s degree in a mental health field (licensed clinician or able to be licensed preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience working with families (community-based work preferred).
- A valid New York driver’s license and reliable transportation.
