About the Role

As the Commercial Manager, you will drive the commercialization strategy within your assigned bottler region, ensuring alignment and execution across the bottler network and local sales teams to fuel brand dominance in bottling and retail.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an expert on bottler systems, processes, and the local retail landscape.
  • Develop and customize programs and go-to-market plans for brands within the bottler region.
  • Integrate with BU Leadership to communicate brand priorities to bottlers for retail execution.
  • Manage bottler's Local Marketing Funds (LMF), including budget setting, spend tracking, and communication.
  • Oversee the use of premiums, dealer loaders, point of sale materials, and coolers to maximize ROI.
  • Manage bottler-specific supply chain issues to ensure proper forecasting, ordering, warehousing, and delivery of brands.
  • Address customer promotional and pricing issues as needed.
  • Provide sales performance updates, analysis, and metrics to bottler contacts and leadership.
  • Conduct market visits to ensure desired brand execution levels and monitor competitive activity and pricing.
  • Steward innovation launches and new product commercialization within the bottler's territory.
  • Report and present performance, issues, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with field marketing, brand management, and customer teams to create local brand and retail success programs.
  • Build, implement, and manage incentives with the bottler network.
  • Communicate customer activity to ensure placement in the bottler’s “Picture of Success” and commercial standards.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with peers.

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience in sales (retail, broker, and distributor).
  • More than 5 years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or the beverage industry.
  • Proficiency using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with forecasting, Nielsen/IRI, POS, and Inventory reports.
  • Understanding of bottler systems and DSD networks.
  • Represent the Company in a professional manner.
  • Possess a strong work ethic.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field of study

Salary/Compensations

  • $68,277—$100,000 USD
