About the Role
As a Dishwasher, you will be the unsung hero of the kitchen, ensuring a spotless and well-organized environment for culinary creations. You will maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, assist with food preparation, and collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Use manual or mechanical methods to wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste.
- Assist kitchen staff in food preparation tasks, such as peeling and cutting vegetables or portioning ingredients.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies to ensure a continuous and efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations and timely availability of clean dishes during peak hours.
Requirements
- A minimum of one year experience as a Dishwasher
- Ability to read and write in English
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs
