Responsibilities

Arrive each day full of energy and ready to provide unsurpassed customer service to our members while maintaining our tradition of community trust.
Greet members cheerfully and professionally in person, on the telephone, or by email and enjoy developing and nurturing relationships as you serve their financial needs.
Efficiently process routine financial teller transactions for new and existing members.
Utilize product knowledge and cross-sell financial products and services to meet members' current and future financial needs.
Open new accounts, process transactions, and cross-sell products and services to meet members' financial needs and increase member satisfaction.
Provide engaging, personal service to members and truly care about finding real solutions to their financial needs.
Be goal-oriented and always learning and improving.
Take pride in being the face of FCCU and projecting a positive image to current and prospective members.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Previous cash-handling preferred
Ability to operate a computer, telephone and other office equipment
Competitive team player, with a positive attitude willing to learn and adapt to change
Ability to communicate, both written and verbal
Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced member service environment
Must complete an FCCU employment application
