- Prototype rapidly using AI-native tooling and scale with engineering.
- Maintain production-grade products in an environment with rapidly evolving platforms.
- Rationalize and future-proof the AI portfolio by consolidating overlapping tools and ensuring reusability.
- Establish governance and define workflows for scalable risk, legal, privacy, and compliance sign-off.

- Partner closely with engineering, directing builds and contributing to architecture and tooling decisions.

- 5–7 years of relevant experience as a product manager or in a comparable product role.
- Hands-on experience building with Anthropic and/or OpenAI — skills, plugins, agents, or MCP integrations.
- A consulting background, or comparable experience delivering to a senior professional audience.
- Deep fluency across the modern AI tooling stack, including agentic architectures, multi-agent orchestration, LLM routing, human-in-the-loop design, and evals.
- The instinct to build beyond the day job through personal projects or prototypes.
- Understanding of agile principles and ways of working; proficiency with JIRA or equivalent tooling.
