About the Role

As an Associate on the Revenue Operations team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare by sitting at the intersection of data, strategy, and go-to-market execution. You will collaborate closely with customers and leadership across the organization, partnering with the commercial team, finance, and product to drive insights that power our next stage of growth. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving complex problems, and want to make a measurable impact daily.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Partner Strategy & Value Storytelling
  • Collaborate with healthcare executives and internal stakeholders to quantify and communicate the value of Rad AI’s products.
  • Build data-driven ROI models, case studies, and strategic presentations that support enterprise sales and customer retention.
  • Elevate Commercial Strategy & Analytics
  • Define and track KPI’s across the full revenue funnel - including marketing, sales, customer success, and support.
  • Build and maintain forecasting models, market segmentation, territory design, commission plans, and other core GTM infrastructure.
  • Own and support monthly CARR and ARR reporting.
  • Deliver cross-functional insights that influence decision-making across leadership, finance, and product teams.
  • Enhance GTM Data & Technology Infrastructure
  • Manage and continuously improve data workflows, documentation, and data quality on our CRM and analytics stack.
  • Ensure the entire revenue organization is equipped with accurate, actionable data to inform strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, investment banking, management consulting, or related fields.
  • Experience leveraging AI to enhance Go-to-Market operations and workflows
  • A deep passion for our mission and a desire to help healthcare providers and patients through innovative technology.
  • Strong analytical skills - you’re a data storyteller who can distill complex findings into clear, impactful insights.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS; healthcare exposure is a strong plus.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), Excel, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
  • Comfortable working cross functionally in a high growth, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics or a related field.
  • Experience working with product usage data (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel) to support customer expansion or retention.
  • Experience working in a startup environment with an ambiguous or evolving environment.
