About the Role
At PNC, we are seeking a seasoned leader to manage a team of Portfolio Owners and deliver a series of initiatives from ideation through discovery, development and delivery. Responsibilities
- Partners with key business, product and tech stakeholders across the Enterprise to manage dependencies, identify opportunities, and competing priorities.
- Partners with Product and Business leaders to create, manage, and prioritize product strategy, OKRs, backlog, and roadmap.
- Oversees Program Analysis and Reporting, leveraging insights to inform improvement opportunities.
- Oversees continual agile and operational transformation, partnering with product to adopt industry best practices.
- Supports key internal processes, including Change at PNC, project funding and staffing, and budgeting.
- Manages budget tracking and burndown for Servicing Product Team.
- Drives annual planning process for team.
- Develops tracking and identifies and implements efficiency strategies across the product and tech organization.
- Supports Head of Servicing Product to develop and deliver Senior Leadership updates.
- Manages and leads portfolio managers to ensure success in the execution of organizational portfolios in support of corporate strategy.
- Manages and assesses the development and approval process for strategic initiative governance for assigned portfolios.
- Monitors the development and review of analysis and reporting information related to key strategic portfolio milestones.
- Provides oversight and accountability for the overall portfolio budget while working to ensure success of the portfolio.
- Coaches and develops portfolio managers.
- Works across multi-disciplinary functions and manages vendor relationships to ensure success of the portfolio.
- Consults with project and program managers/teams as needed.
Requirements
- Familiarity with product development tools like Adobe, Tableau, FigJam, JIRA, Confluence, Figma.
- PNC is an in-office company.

- $123,200.00 – $274,560.00
