About the Role
You are responsible for preparing and serving inspired drinks while delivering distinctive experiences for guests. You will impress guests with your beverage expertise and techniques in an expertly maintained atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving inspired drinks
- Delivering distinctive experiences for guests
- Educating guests on selections and drink menus
- Making recommendations based on guest preferences
- Upselling special items
- Providing guests exceptional service from start to finish
- Cocktail and floor serving
- Bartending
- Event execution
Requirements
- At least one year of related education, training and/or experience
- Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system
- Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
- Working knowledge of the proper operation of all bar equipment
- Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
- Working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures
- Hospitality experience
- Guest service awareness
- Responsible alcohol training & experience on mixed beverages
- Knowledge of brewing and other beverage equipment operations
- TABC & Food Handler training & certifications are a must prior to hiring
