About the Role

Hi Rasmus is scaling its product, expanding into new markets, and rethinking how Product, Design, and Engineering work together in an AI-first world. This role is ideal for a product craft leader and coach who is also commercially sharp, focused on developing product talent, shaping strong team habits, and creating connective tissue between strategy, discovery, design, engineering, delivery, and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Product organization, coaching Product Managers and Product Designers.
  • Own the commercial case for the roadmap, understanding unit economics, segment dynamics, pricing, packaging, and expansion.
  • Strengthen product discovery practices, including customer discovery, problem framing, hypothesis development, opportunity sizing, and validation.
  • Lead teams toward data-driven outcomes by defining goals, progress signals, and tradeoffs.
  • Lead Product Design as an integrated part of the Product organization.
  • Carry forward the Human-Centered AI philosophy, ensuring AI is used thoughtfully while prioritizing human judgment and responsibility.
  • Partner deeply with Engineering to ensure Product and Engineering operate as one team.
  • Help teams model the world clearly by translating complex workflows into product models and decisions.
  • Translate strategy into focused execution by partnering with the CEO and leadership team.
  • Create clarity without bureaucracy by building product rhythms, decision frameworks, and review cadences.
  • Create roadmap clarity across the organization.
  • Partner with Design on user experience, embedding discovery, usability, accessibility, and simplicity early.
  • Partner closely with Marketing to communicate product direction, customer value, and outcomes.
  • Raise the quality of product communication.
  • Build the product organization thoughtfully by defining PM profiles, hiring bar, team structure, and development path.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including experience leading or coaching PMs.
  • Strong product discovery craft and a track record of helping teams make better product decisions.
  • Experience leading or partnering closely with Product Design.
  • Experience working closely with engineering in technically complex SaaS environments.
  • Comfort working in an AI-first product environment.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and bring clarity without over-process.
  • Strong systems thinking and comfort with complex workflows, domain models, and customer ecosystems.
  • A coaching-oriented leadership style rooted in trust, clarity, curiosity, and high standards.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to align executives, PMs, designers, engineers, marketers, and customer-facing teams.
  • Experience in healthcare, education, outcomes, AI-enabled products, or mission-driven SaaS is a plus.

About the Company

  • Hi Rasmus is scaling its product, expanding into new markets, and rethinking how Product, Design, and Engineering work together in an AI-first world.
  • Our approach is Human-Centered AI. We want to use AI to expand access, reduce friction, improve quality, and help clinicians and providers spend more time on the work that most matters.
  • We are looking for a Head of Product who can help us build that reality.
  • We increasingly hire PMs out of the industry itself: clinicians and provider-side operators who arrive with deep domain knowledge and need to be built into strong product people.
  • We practice Domain-Driven Design, and we are pulling lead engineers closer to the domain rather than handing them specs.
  • Coaching here is not a soft complement to the real work. It is how the operating model gets built.
  • This is not a traditional top-down product executive role. It is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves developing product talent, shaping strong team habits, and creating the connective tissue between strategy, discovery, design, engineering, delivery, and measurable outcomes.
  • Product work is clearly connected to Hi Rasmus’s mission of impacting one million children through evidence-based autism care.
