About the Role
Run the shift when the GM is off the clock. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone organized, energetic, and ready to step up, offering a proven path into store management.
Responsibilities
- Run the shift and keep service fast, accurate, and friendly
- Oversee opening and closing procedures and daily food prep
- Route deliveries and keep drivers moving
- Own the cash drawers and daily paperwork for your shift
- Keep operational standards on point start to finish
Requirements
- 18 or older
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record
- Able to read, write, and communicate in English
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
- Comfortable on your feet all shift — bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Able to prioritize and work independently in a high-volume environment
