About the Role
This is a winter term internship position (January to April 2027) for an undergraduate student returning to school after the internship. The Procurement Intern will support core Procurement Services team functions, including Strategic Sourcing and Category Management, Supplier Risk Management, and Procurement Operations.
Responsibilities
- Support data collection and development of the master database
- Support the development of reporting, analytics, tools & templates
- Support the collection of supplier information for input into business review sessions
- Support supplier segmentation and initial risk assessments
- Support transformation initiatives
- Support BAU activities
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Procurement, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Data Management, or a related field.
- Returning to full-time studies following the internship term.
- Strong interest in procurement, supply chain management, vendor management, business operations, or strategic sourcing.
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal, judgment & decision-making skills
- Ability to self-motivate and prioritize time-sensitive deadlines
