About the Role
EY's Oracle Services practice assists clients in planning, pursuing, delivering, and managing large, complex full lifecycle initiatives using Oracle applications and technology. The Oracle HCM & Benefits Lead will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, implementation, optimization, and support of Oracle Fusion HCM and Benefits solutions, serving as the functional subject matter expert for Core HR, Benefits Administration, Life Events, Open Enrollment, and related HCM processes. This role partners with HR, Payroll, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that enhance employee experience, ensure compliance, and drive operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary functional lead for Oracle Fusion HCM and Benefits modules.
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Provide strategic guidance on Oracle HCM best practices and future-state roadmap initiatives.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts and identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Configure and maintain benefit plans, programs, rates, eligibility profiles, life events, and enrollment processes.
- Support annual Open Enrollment planning, testing, execution, and post-enrollment audits.
- Collaborate with benefits providers and third-party administrators to ensure accurate eligibility and enrollment data.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and organizational benefits regulations.
- Troubleshoot complex benefits eligibility and enrollment issues.
- Lead configuration and support for Core HR, Workforce Structures, Journeys, and related HCM functionality.
- Manage system updates, quarterly Oracle releases, and regression testing activities.
- Support HR business processes and organizational changes through effective system configuration.
- Maintain data integrity and governance standards across HCM platforms.
- Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate activities across HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate workshops, design sessions, testing cycles, and user training.
- Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain HCM and Benefits reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Support compliance audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Monitor data quality and ensure adherence to governance and security standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
- Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of experience supporting Oracle HCM solutions and Oracle Fusion Benefits configuration experience.
- Experience leading Oracle HCM implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of benefits administration, enrollment processing, and eligibility rules.
- Experience with Oracle quarterly releases, testing, and change management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50%+ and/or as required by client.

Salary/Compensations
- US base salary range: $142,600 to $261,500
- New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) base salary range: $171,200 to $297,200
