About the Role
The Body Shop Estimator must have the experience necessary to provide our customers with optimal service.
Responsibilities
- Analyze Collision repair damage
- Assess structural components of a vehicle
- Adhering to and applying insurance guidelines
- Working with Body Technicians through the dismantle process
- Provide accurate pricing and quotes for all vehicles
- Maintain communication with customers and be available to answer questions throughout the repair process
- Effectively manage multiple repairs simultaneously
- Implement an effective quality check process by inspecting repaired vehicles and ensuring the repair is up to standard.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role or automotive position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines and complete all assigned tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Sound understanding of all automotive functionalities.
- Valid Ontario G Driver's License.
- Must have experience with Mitchell or Audatex
