About the Role
Delta Sonic is seeking Customer Advisors to join their award-winning team. This role involves educating customers on carwash and detail shop services, transacting purchases, and maintaining cash handling procedures in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greeting all customers in a positive, enthusiastic, professional manner
- Educating customers on carwash and detail shop services
- Transacting customer purchases
- Maintaining proper cash handling procedures
- Following all position-specific procedures
- Undergoing training in the Delta Tech position to enhance product knowledge
Requirements
- Hired into the entry-level position of Delta Technician
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for providing great customer service
- Competitive drive with a desire to rank amongst the top advisors
- Unwavering honesty and integrity
- Courteous and professional demeanor
- Prior experience in automotive service writing, customer service, and/or sales is preferred
- Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions, both indoor and outdoor environments, and extreme temperature conditions
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency
- Willingness to adapt easily to change
- Ability to stand in an assigned work location, walk, and bend for long periods of time
- Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Year-round schedule availability is required
