About the Role

We are looking for a skilled, dependable Handyman to join our team full-time in the Austin area. You will be performing a wide range of interior and exterior repairs and maintenance across commercial properties. This is a hands-on role where your craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail will directly impact our customers and our reputation.

Responsibilities

• Performing interior and exterior repairs and maintenance on commercial properties
• Performing carpentry, framing, trim, doors, and cabinetry work
• Performing drywall installation, patching, and finishing
• Performing interior and exterior painting
• Performing general property maintenance and punch-list repairs
• Accurately assessing job sites and reporting findings
• Estimating repair needs
• Communicating professionally with clients on-site
• Reporting findings from field to office

• Must own and bring your own tools to every job
• Must have a reliable personal truck or work vehicle
