Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
• Comfortable being outdoors, on your feet, and walking for most of the shift.
• Resilient and motivated by clear goals.
• Open to feedback and coaching.
• Willing to hear "no" frequently and persist.
• Enjoy getting people excited about taking action.
• Reliable and able to commit to a consistent schedule.
• Naturally social and comfortable starting conversations with strangers.
