About the Role

The Manager, Integrated Marketing & Go-to-Market translates marketing priorities, growth objectives, and commercialization plans into clear, executable integrated marketing programs across channels. This role leads day-to-day planning and execution for campaigns, product launches, seasonal priorities, and strategic growth initiatives, partnering across various departments to ensure coordinated and commercially grounded plans.

Responsibilities

  • Translate marketing priorities and growth initiatives into clear campaign plans, launch plans, and channel activation requirements.
  • Develop integrated campaign briefs that define objectives, audiences, messages, deliverables, timing, and success measures.
  • Partner with channel and functional leaders to ensure marketing activities are connected across customer touchpoints and aligned to business priorities.
  • Support quarterly and seasonal planning by identifying execution considerations, resource needs, risks, and dependencies.
  • Lead cross-functional execution planning for product launches, seasonal campaigns, evergreen programs, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Manage timelines, milestones, decision points, dependencies, and readiness requirements across participating teams.
  • Facilitate planning meetings, working sessions, and readiness reviews that drive alignment, accountability, and timely decisions.
  • Identify risks, gaps, or competing priorities early and escalate decisions or trade-offs as needed.
  • Act as the day-to-day integration lead across Marketing, Creative, Product, Retail, eCommerce, CRM, Digital, Merchandising, Operations, and Customer Experience.
  • Maintain clear stakeholder communication so decisions, changes, risks, and next steps are documented and shared.
  • Create visibility into project status, milestones, open decisions, and execution risks.
  • Support organizational readiness by ensuring customer-facing and internal teams understand launch priorities and execution requirements.
  • Coordinate campaign and launch performance tracking with channel, analytics, and finance partners.
  • Support post-campaign and post-launch reviews that capture results, learnings, risks, and opportunities.
  • Translate performance insights into practical recommendations that improve future planning and execution.
  • Contribute to improved planning tools, workflows, and governance that increase consistency and execution quality.
  • Lead, coach, and prioritize the work of the Marketing Coordinator.
  • Establish project management standards, meeting rhythms, documentation practices, and follow-up routines that support execution discipline.
  • Ensure project plans, calendars, trackers, agendas, notes, and action logs are accurate, current, and useful to stakeholders.
  • Support the Coordinator's development by building capability in marketing operations, planning, communication, and reporting.
  • Contribute to Saje’s culture and maintaining a positive environment for themselves and their peers.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of progressive marketing experience, including integrated marketing, campaign planning, go-to-market execution, project management, or commercial marketing.
  • Experience leading cross-functional campaign or launch planning in a retail, consumer goods, wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or similarly customer-centric environment.
  • Proven ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder accountabilities.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing, customer journeys, campaign development, and channel activation.
  • Experience managing launch calendars, creative briefing processes, readiness reviews, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence partners, manage competing priorities, and drive alignment without direct authority.
  • People leadership or direct coaching experience preferred.
  • Strong integrated marketing and go-to-market planning capability.
  • Excellent project leadership, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to create clarity across multiple stakeholders.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
  • Analytical and comfortable using performance data to inform recommendations.
