We are now hiring professional PM & Brunch Server Assistants to join a restaurant built on craft, hospitality, and excellence. Responsibilities

  • Setting and clearing tables, placing and replacing silverware, and keeping beverage glasses full.
  • Adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
  • Cleaning machines and appliances, such as coffee & tea makers, glass washers and bread warmer.
  • Maintaining the general cleanliness and orderliness of the coffee and bread station during service.
  • Setting up bread trays and butter dishes for service, and preparing coffee and tea beverages to order.
  • Performing side-work and other opening/closing procedures as directed by management.
  • Sorting soiled China, glasses, and silverware outside the break down area, polishing glasses/silverware and restocking server stations.
  • Maintaining general cleanliness and stock paper supply in guest restrooms during service.
  • Emptying trash receptacles, sweeping floors, restocking all supplies in the dining room, and ensuring dining areas and service stations are clean and organized.
  • Anticipating and accommodating the needs of guests while providing professional and exceptional service.
  • Communicating guest needs to Front-of-House and Back-of-House support staff, servers, managers, and chefs.
  • Protecting establishment, guests, and employees by adhering to Department of Health and Company sanitation standards.
  • Reporting all breakage and damage of equipment or furniture immediately to management.
  • Attending and participating in daily pre-service meetings.
  • Updating knowledge by participating in staff training opportunities.
  • Maintaining professional appearance standards as directed in the Employee Handbook.

Requirements

  • Previous busser/hospitality experience in a high-volume restaurant/lounge.
  • Must be able to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Role may include job duties or tasks requiring repetitive motion.
  • Exposure to hot kitchen elements or cleaning materials may occur.
  • Must be able to work and remain focused in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as days, brunch, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
