About the Role

Crowe's Microsoft AI Business Solutions practice is expanding, and we're seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Consultant to lead our growing post-go-live optimization and continuous improvement offering. This role focuses on partnering with clients already live on D365 SCM to close the gap between platform capabilities and actual delivery, turning existing investments into ongoing, measurable supply chain value. It offers meaningful impact, autonomy, and a clear path to practice leadership.

Responsibilities

Assess live D365 Supply Chain Management environments to identify underused capability, configuration drift, and gaps between designed process and actual usage.
Optimize advanced SCM capabilities already in production to close performance and adoption gaps.
Advise clients on supply chain process improvements with a focus on realizing more tangible value from what's already implemented.
Gather and analyze ongoing business pain points and translate them into a prioritized enhancement roadmap, functional designs, and system configuration changes.
Distinguish "fix it" issues from "improve it" opportunities, and route each to the right team and cadence.
Identify opportunities to apply agentic AI and Copilot-driven automation to supply chain processes.
Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and grow the practice's optimization and managed services offering.
Contribute to Crowe's optimization methodologies, accelerators, and best practices; mentor team members; and help grow our post-go-live offering.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
3+ years of hands-on D365 Supply Chain Management experience, including meaningful time supporting or optimizing live production environments.
Proven track record identifying and closing the gap between a system's designed capability and how it's actually being used.
Strong experience with core D365 SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, and Warehouse Management, and how they perform under real-world production conditions.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics.
Ability to lead enhancement and optimization roadmaps, translate business pain points into scoped, sequenced improvements, and guide teams through execution.
Excellent communication skills with experience engaging C-suite and director-level stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage a rolling backlog, produce high-quality work products, and lead engagements with minimal oversight.
